Networking and Fun Night
The program starts with the opening ceremony on Friday evening, introduction of participants, Laughter Yoga session, and meditation followed by “Fun Night” and dancing to world music, “Horrible Singing Contest” and “Funny Fashion Parade” after dinner.
Spiritual Mornings and Silly Evenings
Join Dr. Kataria and Madhuri for one hour on Saturday and Sunday morning for a spiritual session and meditation. Friday and Saturday evenings will be full of endless possibilities of silliness and fun games. Dr. Kataria has great ideas to share with you from the laughter festivals he held in India.

You’ll get an opportunity to hear speakers who have been working in different fields of Laughter Yoga for many years and have made a big difference.

Cynthia Paris and Cindy Miles will lead discussion programs with all the participants on the following subjects:

S’more Laughter Campfire on the Beach
On Saturday night, we will have a glow stick walk and camp fire on the beach with music and dance.
Laughter in the Pool (Aqua ha ha Yoga)
For the first time we are introducing Laughter Yoga Exercises in the pool. Expect lots is of new ideas – ha ha ha!
Group Improvisation and Creativity Workshop
We will brainstorm and create new ideas and exercises on 4 elements of joy (singing, dancing, playing and laughing)

For the first time we are introducing a ‘Laughter Marketplace’ for all LY professionals to sell their Laughter Yoga merchandise.
